I do love the tagline- "There's a lot to like about LowelI". I know this is true for so many reasons, not just that I grew up in Lowell, not just that the city has been totally revitalized and not only that I spend a lot of time enjoying all that the Lowell has to offer but also because we have a housing shortage and that tells me that so many others agree with the tagline- there's a lot to like about Lowell.
As of 2/12/2020, there are only 30 single family homes and 23 condo's listed in the MLS for Lowell. There are just 17 multi-families for sale. Want to sell...now is a great time with buyers thirsty to buy! Another interesting tidbit is that the average sale price is $318,102 which is actually a small decrease from this time last year. And D.O.M- days homes have sat on the market has had a decrease of 47%!
